LHO & Co. is a fractional CMO and marketing firm for professional services firms. We’re based in Long Beach and work with CPA firms, law firms, financial advisors and other firms that grow on trust and referrals.
Why I started LHO & Co.
I’m Lauren Osborne. I spent more than 20 years in marketing and sales across the payroll, HR, accounting and legal industries, mostly helping other people’s businesses grow. At almost every firm I worked with, I saw the same thing. The partners knew marketing mattered. They just couldn’t keep it going. Busy season hits, someone leaves, and the newsletter quietly stops.
Most firms don’t have a marketing problem. They have a consistency problem. I started LHO & Co. to fix that, by giving firms a plan and the people to carry it out month after month.
How we work
We work inside your firm, not from a distance. That usually looks like this:
- A plan built around your niche, your referral sources and the clients you want more of
- The work itself: content, SEO, your Google Business Profile, reviews, social, email and your website
- Regular check-ins and simple reporting on where new clients are coming from
- One point of contact. I lead every client relationship myself.
Who we work with
Accounting and CPA firms are our home base, and they’re still the core of our client list. We also work with law firms, financial advisors, real estate professionals, medical practices and engineering firms. What they have in common is that clients choose them on trust, and most new business starts with a referral or a search.
The team
Behind me is a small team. Tara Regan and Adrienne Newell work with me on every account, keeping client work moving, from websites and Google Business Profiles to content, social media and newsletters. A graphic designer and a web developer round out the team. Everyone works on a handful of firms, so we know your business and you’re never handed off to someone new.
Part of the Long Beach community
I’m a member of the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, ProVisors, the Estate Planning and Trust Council of Long Beach, SoCal Elder Advocates and the Association for Accounting Marketing. Many of our client relationships grew out of years of networking in groups like these.
