Lauren Osborne is the owner of LHO & Co., a boutique marketing and business development firm that helps professional service companies create sustainable growth. She works primarily with law firms, CPA firms, financial advisors, and other service-based businesses that want a more strategic and consistent approach to marketing.

With more than 20 years of experience across the payroll, HR, accounting, and legal industries, Lauren is known for helping firms clarify their positioning, strengthen their visibility, and turn marketing into a true business development tool. Her approach combines practical strategy with hands-on implementation. Helping clients not only attract new business, but also strengthen client relationships and long-term retention.

Lauren’s expertise includes SEO, content strategy, CRM development, email marketing, social media, relationship marketing, niche positioning, and cross-selling initiatives. She also works closely with internal marketing coordinators and administrative teams, helping them better understand marketing strategy, client communication, and business development follow-through.

What sets Lauren apart is her deep understanding of how professional service firms operate internally. Having worked both in-house and independently, she brings a practical, collaborative approach that clients often describe as organized, straightforward, and easy to work with.

Lauren has served as President of the Estate Planning & Trust Council of Long Beach and as Vice President of Communications for the Long Beach Chamber Women’s Business Council. She is actively involved in professional and community organizations throughout Southern California and values building long-term relationships within the industries she serves.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in the activities they love together. She and her husband have two teenagers, including a son who plays competitive baseball, and she recently started taking weekly golf lessons with her daughter. Their family enjoys boating, traveling internationally, and spending time in Catalina whenever they can get away. Lauren is also involved with National Charity League alongside her daughter and enjoys building strong connections within her local community.
